In 2012, he became a part-time staff member at VIVES SpellenLab (Bruges), where he has been working full-time since September 2022. At VIVES SpellenLab, he continuously explores which board and tabletop games can be used to practice skills with diverse target groups.<br>In addition, Jef is a freelance collaborator at Autisme Centraal.
