De Nederlandse Vereniging voor Autisme heeft een informatie- en advieslijn, waar je terecht kunt met al je vragen. Je kunt bellen of mailen. Ook hebben zij in verschillende Nederlandse regio’s vrijwilligers, zodat je dichtbij huis terecht kunt.

Al onze opleidingen staan open voor iedereen: er zijn geen inschrijvingsvoorwaarden, ongeacht je achtergrond, functie of voorkennis. Enige uitzondering hierop is het postgraduaat, waarvoor specifieke toelatingsvoorwaarden gelden.
In each course, we make the connection with the Autism Central Methodology, our underlying vision of autism. If you do not have that foundation yet, our basic training is a great starting point: it provides you with the foundation on which the other, more in-depth courses build. However, this is not a requirement: you can perfectly follow and understand any other course or lesson day without the basic training. We ensure that the connection with the methodology is sufficiently explained each time, so that you can easily follow along without prior knowledge.
The cancellation conditions apply from the moment of registration, regardless of the moment of invoicing or payment. Anyone wishing to cancel a registration must do so in writing or by email to Autism Central and take our cancellation conditions into account:
- In case of cancellation, 10% of the price of the training, with a minimum of €35, will be charged as an administration fee per registered participant.
- In case of cancellation of registrations received less than ten working days (14 days) before the start of the activity, the full course fee must be paid.
- If you cannot participate in the activity due to force majeure, someone else can take your place. Please inform us in good time.
- Cancellation of a registration for the Autism Central Trajectory (long-term training Netherlands) can be done up to 1 month before the start of the Autism Central Trajectory. The registration fee will be refunded minus 10% cancellation costs.
- In case of cancellation by Autism Central, the full registration fee will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation, costs associated with a registration (train ticket, hotel costs, childcare, …) can never be claimed from Autism Central.
Most training sessions and lesson days of Autism Central take place at De Punt, located in Gentbrugge. This is not just any location: De Punt is situated on the former site of the Punt Factory, also known as Trefil Arbed, a metal processing company that was active here since 1867 and helped Gentbrugge grow from a rural municipality to a vibrant industrial district. After the factory closed in 1993, the site was given a second life and transformed into a business centre where today enterprises, social economy, and training meet. This history gives the place a unique, authentic atmosphere.
De Punt is also easily accessible by public transport. Gentbrugge station, which is directly connected to Gent Sint-Pieters and Gent Dampoort, is about an 8-minute walk away. The location is also easily reachable by bus and tram. This way, you can arrive at our training sessions without worrying about parking or traffic.
Yes, after the training you will receive a digital participation certificate. This will be automatically sent after the training, so you can easily keep track of it or pass it on to, for example, your employer.
