Ilse Van den Eede

“What is good for autism is good for everyone”

Ilse Van den Eede embraces this philosophy in her work. As the mother of a young son with autism and with a background in sociology, she has found her passion in supporting people on the autism spectrum and in promoting understanding and acceptance in society.

With a postgraduate degree in autism from Arteveldehogeschool and her own coaching practice, Wo-Coachingshuis, Ilse offers a wide range of support. Alongside autism support, she also provides career guidance, business coaching and life coaching. She strives to normalise differences and promotes mutual understanding within neurodiverse teams using the double empathy model, through team coaching and by creating autism-friendly workplaces: “De wonderbox journey”.

With her dedication and expertise, Ilse works towards an inclusive society in which the diversity of every individual is recognised and valued.
