Jef Suyckerbuyk

Jef Suykerbuyk holds a bachelor’s degree in special needs education and worked for 21 years at the non-profit De Kade with young people and young adults with autism. In 2012 he started working part-time at VIVES SpellenLab (Bruges), where he has worked full-time since September 2022. At VIVES SpellenLab, he constantly explores which board and party games can be used to practise skills with different target groups.

Jef also works as a freelancer for Autisme Centraal. He provides practical training on using games with people with autism and is actively involved in developing their educational games and other educational materials.
