Manon Heyndrickx

“Understanding starts with truly wanting to understand.”

Manon is the managing director of Autisme Centraal and also works as a lecturer. One belief is central to her work: making a difference starts with sincerely wanting to understand how the other person experiences the world. Even, and perhaps especially, when someone processes information differently from you. She aims to pass on that attitude to every professional she trains.

She is trained as a forensic psychologist and criminologist. Alongside her work as managing director and lecturer, she runs her own practice, focusing on psychological assessment and psychoeducation for adults.
